two major phases - Conceptual Design and Construction Drawings...

 

You bring your wish list of ideas and favorite images to our first meeting.
We help you prioritize your options and arrange them into a building program. Then we prepare hand sketches of the site plan, floor plans and exterior elevations based on the program. Together, we test these ideas until you are satisfied with the design concept.

 

Next we prepare a complete set of construction plans - a fully-developed set of technical drawings and specifications that define the construction requirements. These plans are prepared for the contractor, and can be used either for competitive bidding or by a pre selected builder. We hire engineers and other consultants who are needed to complete the plans, and we integrate their design work into our final drawings.
